SAP offered Free SAP Global Certification for SAP S/4 HANA with 2000 free voucher.( yes this was only for LH users but is expired now).

This was launched on May 11th I guess and 2000 vouchers were completed in a day or so, you may find those details in the below link.

Hi Balaji... I have the learning hub access. Will I be able to take the exam? Is it Paid or any discount/offer(I read/heard somewhere SAP is offering the discount/free certification for Learning hub user? Could you please tell me the procedure for it.
